The Integrity Factor
I mentioned before that one of the 10 qualities of a true visionary leader is Integrity.
That also applies to us as indivituals as well. Here is the 3-part Integrity Factor:
1. WHEN YOU ALWAYS TELL THE TRUTH,PEOPLE TRUST YOU2. WHEN YOU DO WHAT YOU SAY, AS PROMISED, PEOPLE RESPECT YOU
3. WHEN YOU MAKE OTHER FEEL VALUED AND SPECIAL, PEOPLE LIKE YOU.
Dont leave home without it.
