September 16th, 2009: Happy 34th Indpendence - Papua New Guinea


A big Shout from the Misty-rugged Mountains of the Highlands to the Cool clear crystal sea’s of this great land that we all hold dear to our hearts. Many are the adversities and challenges, but together we came thus far.

From the days when our foundation fathers lacked knowledge and skills to meet the status quo of their days, they made up with zeal and undivided passion to see this great land becoming a nation. Diverse Language and culture was never a problem, though more than 800 was in use…together we were, together we are and together we will be.

Today I see a remnant, a breed who will not settle for anything less than seeing this great land waking up from its deep sleep and taking it’s place in the great south seas. A breed with no greed, who have made up their mind to stand like a man, who will not retreat or surrender to the evil forces within and without, even if all have turned their back and left.

They will still be consistent, they will still stand, they will still fight to the last strength, to the last breath because they believe in a course… till victory is proclaimed…. “whoa – ah- ooh”…. From the misty mountaintops to the coastal Island seas let the Kundus beat and garamut roll, let the sons and daughters of the great land shout in one voice.

“O’ ARISE ALL YOU SONS OF THIS LAND”

Happy 34th Independence one and all, diligently believe in the course we take, there is a God watching, I’m watching, you are watching and I know and you know very well that this nation will surely come out of all these crap and will never be the same… this is my motivation!
