There is serious issue of lack of manpower, shortage of medical supplies, closure of aid posts, lack of health awareness, and total breakdown in many other public services were highlighted during the cholera outbreak in Morobe Province.Basic drugs are not available at the aid posts or staff shortage or the aid post is closed, this is against humanity any government for the people’ and its agents and public servants can repay its people for giving them the mandate and trust to manage resources to serve them.
